Ghibli - No Face Mini Figure Tutorial

I remember wanting to make a mini No Face for awhile but I just didn't have the time, but here he is now. It's fairly simple to make, and would make a very cute addition to pretty much anything, you can even have him standing in your terrarium.
This is for all the Ghibli fans out there like myself. ^^
